roofably.com is a lead generation and contractor referral platform. We connect homeowners and property owners ("Users") with independently licensed and insured roofing contractors ("Contractors"). We are not a roofing company and do not perform roofing services directly.

3. No Contractor Relationship

All Contractors accessed through roofably.com are independent third parties. We do not employ Contractors, control their work, set their prices, or guarantee their performance. Any contract for roofing services is solely between you and the Contractor.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a service request
• Be at least 18 years of age or have authority to engage roofing services for the property
• Independently verify contractor licensing, insurance, and qualifications before hiring
• Not submit fraudulent or misleading service requests

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will receive a contractor match, receive a particular price, or that a Contractor will complete work to your satisfaction. Contractor availability varies by location and time.

6. Vetting and Contractor Quality

While we make reasonable efforts to verify contractor licensing and insurance at the time of onboarding, we cannot guarantee ongoing compliance. We encourage you to independently verify contractor credentials before hiring. Use state licensing boards to confirm current license status.

7. Consent to Contact

By submitting a service request, you consent to be contacted by roofably.com and matched Contractors via phone, SMS, and email, including by automated systems. Standard messaging rates may apply. See our TCPA Disclosure for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of roofably.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, roofably.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or your engagement with any Contractor. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless roofably.com, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your interaction with a Contractor.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
